The Bush-Cheney Sloganator

Monday March 15, 2004
The Bush campaign has been forced to pull the plug on a tool featured on its campaign Web site designed to help supporters generate their own customized Bush campaign posters. The tool allowed users to place a slogan of their choice above a Bush-Cheney '04 logo. But the Bush team had to dismantle it after liberals started engaging in mischief-making, creating snarky slogans such as "Run for your lives," "Putting The Fun Back Into Fundamentalist," and "Vote ironically!"

Not to worry. Some of the best creations are preserved at The Sloganator Memorial, and you can still create your own Bush campaign posters at the parody site GeorgeWBush.org.
