Scalia Gets Most Laughs on Supreme Court

He might not exactly be a court jester, but Antonin Scalia has proven to be the biggest clown on the Supreme Court. During oral arguments in the nine-month Supreme Court term that began October 2004, Scalia out-quipped the other eight justices, instigating 77 "laughing episodes," according to a new study.
