It was the second time this year that Obama presented a Top Ten list on Letterman. Back in January, he presented a list of the "Top 10 Barack Obama Campaign Promises." Hillary Clinton offered up a list of her own "Top 10 Hillary Clinton Campaign Promises" last year.
