The only part of the Obamasiah’s teleprompter reading that I believed was the audience participation part… “You Lie!”
Obama’s speech last night was terrific… not that I expected anything less. It saddens me that the crazies of the republican party are ruining intellectual discussion for everyone. Congress members should not be allowed to act like 6th graders, whether they are democrats, republicans, or independents. Joe Wilson is an embarrassment to me as a human being.
He might not win re-election in 2010 (2008 was pretty close in his district) and his opponent will have gobs of money to spend. But, he’ll be a huge star in the Republican Party and I think be might be the keynote at the 2012 Republican Convention.
Joe Wilson’s parking is in Brooklyn and his personal needs are taken care of by a 1989 porta potty. Penalty!

Some people are so stressed over President Obama the ‘Black Arab’ that they won’t even listen to the man. They will say and do ANYTHING to discredit him. The last guy we had for prez did NOTHING good for this country and these same people treat him like George ‘Frickin’ Washington. It’s like the previous 8 years of this country going down the toilet never happened. The truth is that the current president has done more for this country in 8 months than the Bushwacker did in 8 years…PERIOD.

1. It’s “you’re”, not “your”.
2. A question mark is normally used at the end of a sentence that asks a question.
3. Learn how to spell before before you use it, clean the E on your keyboard, or replace it.
4. Commas are your friend.

I see this as a great opportunity for a Scalia “quack quack” movement at any Wilson speech. Those with enough opposition in his home state may want to consider giving a ‘you lie’ shout out to his style at every speech and public appearance.
