During their first joint visit to Haiti, George W. Bush appears to have wiped his hand on Bill Clinton's shirt after shaking hands with a crowd of Haitians.
Watch the video and you'll see it wasn't just a shoulder pat; it was clearly a wipe.
This isn't the first time Bush has pulled this kind of stunt. During an appearance on the Late Show With David Letterman during the 2000 campaign, Bush slyly wiped his glasses on the shirt of Letterman's assistant during a commercial break.
And the first time he shook hands with Barack Obama, Bush reportedly turned to an aide for a "big dollop of hand sanitizer."
George W. Bush, always keeping it classy.
Update: The best comment on the hand wipe episode comes from Josh G. on our Facebook page: "At least Bill is used to awkward public clothing stains."

O.M.G. He clearly wiped his hand on Clinton’s shirt – didn’t even bother to disguise what he was doing. You can see Clinton even looking down at his shirt right after he does this. How disgusting – what kind of message does this send?
I realize why Clinton does what he does. Still . . . I wouldn’t give a Bush the sweat off my balls if he was dying of thirst!!!!
