Porn star Mary Carey, one of 135 candidates running for California governor, has unveiled her campaign platform. Among the items on her agenda:

• Make lap dances a tax deductible business expense to "grease the wheels of business" and "stimulate our economy";
• Tax breast implants, which she says could bring in millions in tax revenue from Beverly Hills alone; and
• Wire the Governor's Mansion with live web cams in every room.

To raise money for her campaign, Carey is offering to go on a date with anyone who contributes $5,000 or more. Arnold Schwarzenegger was unavailable for comment.
