Bush Twins Crash and Burn With Lame Comedy Routine

After avoiding the public spotlight for four years, the Bush twins used their primetime speech at the Republican convention to try out their stand-up comedy routine. The reviews were not good, even from within the White House.

Proving every bit as ditzy as feared, Barbara and Jenna Bush embarrassed themselves with a series of lame jokes that landed in the conventional hall with a thud.

"Gammie, we love you dearly, but you're just not very hip," giggled Jenna, referring to their grandmother. "She thinks 'Sex and the City' is something married people do, but never talk about."

"Since we've graduated from college, we're looking around for something to do for the next few years. Kind of like dad," quipped Barbara.
