Are You Smarter Than a Third Grader?

During an interview with a Colorado TV station, Sarah Palin was asked a simple question by a third grader: "What does the vice president do?" She got it wrong:

"[T]hey're in charge of the United States Senate so if they want to they can really get in there with the senators and make a lot of good policy changes that will make life better for Brandon and his family and his classroom."

Back in July, Palin said she wouldn't consider the VP job until someone explained to her what the VP does. Apparently after two months of campaigning, she still hasn't bothered to read the Constitution.
