Gaffe-prone Mitt Romney committed a big flub right out of the gate while introducing his vice presidential pick, Paul Ryan:"Join me in welcoming the next president of the United States, Paul Ryan!" Romney said. (Watch video clip)
He came back to the microphone a moment later to correct himself by saying, "Every now and then I'm known to make a mistake. I did not make a mistake with this guy. But I can tell you this. He's going to be the next vice president of the United States."
In fairness, Barack Obama did the same thing when he introduced Joe Biden as his running mate in 2008: "Let me introduce to you the next President -- the next Vice President of the United States of America, Joe Biden."
And then Biden gaffed introducing Obama, saying, "A man I'm proud to call my friend. A man who will be the next President of the United States -- Barack America!"

Well, Paul Ryan Gaffed tonight at the RNC when he said “you want bigger government and less freedom” I think he meant it the other way around…..then they played James Brown’s “Living in America” at the end. Wasn’t this Apollo Creeds theme in Rocky IV, introducing him to the fight where he not only loses but dies?
oops…I gaffed lol, I meant Sen. Rubio gaffed….
